A Very Fine Fiddle Indeed
We are always on the look-out for an awesome weekend brunch spot. This weekend we think we may have found our new favorite. Fiddlehead Fine Foods & Café is about as unpretentious as they come in a non-descript building. It may not be well known or easy to find, but the best thing about this place is everything you order off the short menu is A-MAZING! We went there for brunch to celebrate Ro's birthday hoping it would be good, but not having any expectations. We got there right at 9 a.m. when it opened and highly recommend this strategy as the small café fills up very quickly. We were the first in line and although the menu is pretty short, we had a hard time deciding what to order because everything sounded so good. Ro went with the banana pancakes (they lived up to the Jack Johnson song and more)!
